Anthony Woods

Anthony Woods is the owner and operator of WWP, with more than twelve years of coaching knowledge.

Anthony is a former collegiate basketball player whose passion for the game has evolved into a career dedicated to developing the next generation of athletes. With years of high-level playing experience and extensive knowledge of the sport, Anthony brings a unique perspective to training—combining real-world court experience with proven performance science.

 

Over the years, Anthony has worked with athletes at every stage, from young beginners learning the fundamentals to elite professionals refining their skills. As both a personal trainer and sports performance coach, Anthony focuses on building strength, speed, agility, and basketball-specific skills, creating well-rounded athletes who are prepared to compete at their highest level.

 

With a coaching style that blends discipline, encouragement, and game-tested strategies, Anthony not only improves physical performance but also teaches mental toughness, leadership, and the dedication it takes to succeed on and off the court.

 

Whether it’s helping a child fall in love with the game, preparing a high school player for college recruitment, or fine-tuning a pro athlete’s performance, Anthony is committed to unlocking each athlete’s full potential.

Azaria Woods

Azaria Woods is also the owner and operator of WWP.

She is passionate about helping others achieve their fullest potential—both in health and in performance. With a strong foundation as a licensed nurse, Azaria brings a deep understanding of the human body, injury prevention, and overall wellness into every training session.

 

As a certified personal trainer and sports performance coach, Azaria specializes in building strength, improving speed and agility, and enhancing athletic performance for clients of all ages. Whether working with student-athletes, adults looking to improve their fitness, or teams aiming to reach peak performance, Azaria’s programs are science-based, results-driven, and customized to each individual’s needs.

 

Her unique combination of medical expertise and athletic training allows her to bridge the gap between healthcare and performance, ensuring clients not only train hard, but train smart. With a focus on motivation, education, and accountability, Azaria’s mission is to help clients move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best—on and off the field.
